She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johnnie Bates and Yolande Balusek; her husband Daniel Francis Ryan, Jr.; her son John-Daniel Balusek Ryan; her brother-in-law Daniel F. Ryan (Alice); her siblings, Johnnie Balusek (Rosie) and Marie-France Balusek; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Balusek DeJuana (Rod), Sofie Ryan, Russel Balusek (Briana) and Nathaniel Ryan. She was also cherished by great nieces and great nephews, cousins, neighbors.
After retirement, she worked for her husband's school district at Fort Bend ISD as substitute teacher up until the pandemic.
