He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn Green and Mildred Holland Muirhead; and his siblings, Adele Lewis, Ed Muirhead and Conrad Muirhead.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Neal; his daughters, Ann Muirhead and Amy Penland; and his stepson Chris Hearn (Wendy Hearn). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
His final illness of COVID, RSV and congestive heart failure proved too steep a hill to climb.
