He is survived by: his son Geoffrey Hayden Toothe; his granddaughter Estelle of Fort Worth; his parents, Janet and Randy; his brother Blake; his nephew Quincy of Richmond, Calif.; and his sisters, AnnaCarole Holt of Dallas and Amanda. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins.
