He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed T. Sullivan and Shirleyanna Chipman Sullivan; his daughter Tarrin; and his siblings, Eddy, Jimmy, Shirl and Glenda.

He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Liane Sullivan, Karrie Spigener (Dana), Darrin Sullivan (Carol) and Joe Sullivan (Sara); and his siblings, Anson, Redgy and Sharon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
