He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Duforat and Florentina Duforat. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Anne Duforat; his former wife Vikki Duforat; his children, Heather Young (Curtis), Christopher Duforat (Kelsey) and Sandra Duforat; and his grandchildren, Jessica Meierhoff, Liberty Young, Matthew Duforat, Emilie Duforat, Aubree Benavidez and Kaydence Duforat.
