He is survived by: his mother Blanche Duffy Pitchford; his wife Elizabeth Reeder; his children, William Blake, Margaret Elliott and David Marshall; and his siblings, Patti Van Burkelo (Terry), George (Sandra), Mark (Tammy), Michelle (Victor) and Beth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
