She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Crabtree and Geneva Crabtree. She is survived by: her husband Bill Chaky; her daughters, Bethany Chaky, Ali Hackler and Kelsey May; her sons-in-law, Brian Hackler and Christopher May; her grandchildren, Camden, Preston, William, Anna, Nora, Alice, Heidi and Samuel; and her brothers, Michael and Kenny (Diane Crabtree).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
