It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Skinner of Flower Mound, Texas, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Skinner and Margaruite Smith Skinner; his siblings, Delores Ceriale and Bud Skinner; and his son Matthew Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay; his sons, Chris Skinner (Kathi) of Flower Mound and Jason Skinner (Claudia) of Colleyville; and his grandchildren, Jacob Steven Skinner, Samuel Edward Skinner and Jordan Beckett Skinner.
A committal service will be held 3:15 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211 (Lane 2) under the direction of Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3001 Knox St #200, Dallas, TX 75205.
