He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Clara Mae Clifton and James Elzie Osteen; his former spouse Charles; his sister JoJo; his friend Kathleen Dumas; his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Pam Hutcheson (Don) and Carla Neal (Johnny); his grandchildren, Robin Palmer, Ryan Hutcheson, Sara Monzingo (Brian), Alex Neal and Daniel Neal; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Radney (Patrick), Josh Smith and Annabeth Monzingo; his great great grandchildren, Aniston Attaway, Lachlan Radney and Allexa Jaimes; and his siblings, Jeri Pauling and Clifton Myers.
Due to Covid, the family encourages any who attend his service to please wear a mask.
