We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2021, at the age of 84, Barbara Czachowski of Flower Mound, Texas, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, David, Ellen and Joseph; and her parents, John and Mildred.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Czachowski; her daughter Clare Porter; her grandchildren, Joseph of Lantana and Kaitlin of Houston, Texas; her daughter Claudia Neef (William Neef) of Kingwood, Texas; her granddaughter Ellen Chaney (Joseph Chaney); her great grandchildren, Myles and Molly of Kingwood, Texas; her granddaughter Sarah Kober (Zachary Kober); and her great grandchild Noah of Lafayette, Louisiana.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation.
