She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Wesley Forester and Artie Faye Clark; her former husband Bobby Gene Smith; her husband Bob Smith; and her children, Brenda Morris, Tommy and Rob Smith.
She is survived by: her son Danny Lee Smith. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
