He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesus Estrada and Fidelia Estrada; and his siblings, Nicanor Estrada, Ysidro Estrada, Edwardo Estrada, Jesus Estrada Jr., Anita Cortez, Arnulfo Estrada and Rogelio Estrada.

He is survived by : his wife Amelia Estrada; his children, Theresa Estrada (Adam Hafez), Fernando Estrada Jr. (Laura) and James Estrada (Sara); his siblings, Joe Estrada, Antonio Estrada, Aurora Cantu and Alice Escobar; and his grandchildren, Ruth Hafez, Benjamin Hafez, Max Estrada and Lauren Estrada. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
