He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Alderman and Alice Alderman (McIntosh); his siblings, Dorothy Horton (Maxilyn Alderman) and Sam Alderman; his in-laws, Jim and Bea Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald and Linda Duelm.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Collins); his daughter Dana Alderman (Chris Kilgore); his granddaughter Daylee Davidson of Aspen, Colorado; his son David Alderman, Jr. (Laura); his grandchildren, Kennedy and Harrison of Buda, Texas; and his sister Sydney Vasquez of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
