He was predeceased by : his father Curtis H. Bindseil Sr.; brother Curtis H Bindseil Jr, his grandparents, Roland A., Lola Preiss Sr., Herbert and Lucille Bindseil; his uncles, Roland A. Preiss Jr. and Larry Preiss; and his aunt JoHelen Preiss.
He is survived by : his mother Sharon Bindseil Sr.; his fiancé Misty Logan of La Vernia, his sons, Cash Wayne and Tomas James Bindseil of La Vernia; his siblings, William Bindseil (Pattie) of La Vernia, Herb Bindseil (Megan) of Floresville, Karen Cavallin (Gordon) of San Antonio, Stacy Rapier (Michael) of Schertz and Jane Frank (Keith) of Liberty Hill; his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Alex, Andrew Bindseil, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Erik, Cayden Cavallin, Reese, Bristol Bindseil, Mason, Brie Rapier, Avery and Brandon Frank; his aunt Karen Preiss (Butch) of Blanco; his uncle Melvin Preiss (Marie) of Seguin; and his cousin Amber Huser (Ryan) of Blanco. He is also survived by his animals, spending time with his sons, friends.
