He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Dugi Sr. and Victoria Wiatrek Dugi; his son Kenneth Dugi; his siblings, Frank Dugi (Florence), Rosemary Sczypanek (Fabian) and Elias Dugi (Florence); and his siblings-in-law, Adrian Foegelle and Melba Dugi.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Dugi; his children, Michael Dugi (Becky) and Roxane Rakowitz (Russell); his grandchildren, Sarah Smallwood (Stephen), Noah Hermes (Danet), Julie Hargrove (Dylan) and Ryan Rakowitz; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Clinton, Adyson, Katelyn, Kyle and Angelina; and his siblings, Regina Foegelle, Benjamin Dugi (Grace), Gladys Billimek (Bobby) and Chester Dugi.
