She was predeceased by: her parents, Ader Bench Rutherford and William Rutherford; her siblings, Myrtle Rutherford, Tom Rutherford and Olen Rutherford; her sister-in-law Louise Rutherford; and her nephew Olen Faye Rutherford.
She is survived by: her husband Benito Martinez; her children, Sherrill Martinez of Johnny, Melissa Martinez and Marty Martinez (Robbie); her grandchildren, Rebekah Lerich (Michael), Joseph Moreno, Dylan Stephens (Alexis), Anjelica Martinez and Matthew H. Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Lerich, Leia Lerich, Brendan Lerich, Sean Stephens and Amara Stephens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
