She was predeceased by: her brothers, Edward Lee James, Franklin Measley and Jimmy Measley. She is survived by: her children, Michel Dodson of Naples, Charles "Pete" Dodson of Highlands, Texas, Loretta, Mercer of Highlands and Carolyn Dobos (Gabriel) of Buffalo, Texas. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and thirteen great, great grandchildren.
