He is survived by: his wife Rhio Hubbard; his children, Rayland Lilley (Ally) of Galveston, Stephen Lilley (Rhonda Byrum) of Ennis and Keenan Lilley of Lanely; his sisters, Velda Gunter of Missouri and Bonnie Starkey (Carlton) of Lubbock; and his grandchildren, Justin Lilley of Midlothian, Misty Newsom of Quitman, Amber Lilley of Cleveland, TN and Connor Lilley of Cleveland, TN.
