She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Bessie Mae Minchew Speed; her husband JB Bishop; and her siblings, Betty Ann Speed, Robert Glen and Jerry Speed.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jeanette Stark (Wayne) of Teague, Patsy Stark of Fairfield, Dixie Watson (William) of Fairfield, Johnny D. Speed of Fairfield, Carolyn Stark (Glenn) of Fairfield and Mary Stark (Kenneth) of Fairfield; and her sisters-in-law, Marsha Speed of Fairfield and Cynthia Speed of Fairfield.
