He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Dorothy Frazer, Sr. (Cooley); and his brother Leslie Frazer. He is survived by: his wife Faye Frazer of Bristol, Texas; his children, Crystal Phillips of Grapevine, Kathy Rambo of Longview, Jennifer Jones of Bristol and Billy Frazer of Venus, Texas; and his siblings, Eileen Powell of Hemet, Anna Johnson of Dumas and David Frazer (Mary Jo Lasiter) of Red Oak. He is also survived by 16 grand children and 12 great grandchildren.
