It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leora Marie Kemp in Ennis, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Kemp and Dorothy Barnum Kemp; her grandparents, Lucy Leora Barnum and Ned E. Barnum; her siblings, Richard Kemp, Laura Rosendahl and Ruth Shannon; her aunt Marie Jones; and her uncle C. Hal Jones.
She is survived by: her siblings, Howard Kemp, Margaret Kerby (Tommy), Sam Kemp (Betty), Jim Kemp (Kathryn) and Charleen Henderson; and her close friend Jan Luby Wall. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, the family has opted for a graveside service only to be held at Rowlett Creek Cemetery, Rowlett Cemetery Road, Plano, TX, 75025.
