He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Nelvin Johnson and Fern Ellis Johnson; and his former wife Mary McDonald Johnson. He is survived by: his son Hunter Thomas Johnson (Elizabeth); his wife Mary Williamson; his grandchildren, James, Henry and Catherine; his daughter Laura Williamson Duncan (Tyson); his grandchildren, Tyson Dove and Mary Margaret; his daughter Sarah Williamson Burden (Michael); his grandchildren, Ila and Harrell; his son Thomas Williamson; and his sister Cleo Sue Johnson Huntsman (Emet).
