She is survived by: her daughter Denise Herrell Rek (William) of El Campo; her stepson Robert Svoboda Jr. (Tammy) of Bradenton, FL; her granddaughters, Kathlyn, Meredith and Megan Rek; her brother-in-law Eddie Fowler of Houston; her niece Angeline Morgan of Houston; her great-niece Chelsey Morgan Smith (Chad); her great-nephew Christopher Morgan; her sister-in-law Betty Blaha (John) of Smithville; and her caregivers, Linda, Cardasha, Anita and Kathleen.
