George Pleasant Willis III Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2023, at the age of 86, George Pleasant Willis III of El Campo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jr. Willis and Catherine Moragne Willis; his brother J. Bruce Willis; his niece Stephanie Durrance; and his child Gail Stanton Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Dohner Willis; his children, Nicole Ruth Willis of Houston and George Willis IV (Holly) of El Campo; his grandchildren, Malia Noel Willis, Ivy Victoria Willis, Nathan George Willis and Evan Durrance; and his sister Diana Willis Mattingly (Joe) of Houston.
It would honor George for memorials to be made to the Boys & Girls Club of El Campo, the Library, Hospice, any local Boy Scout Troop, or your favorite charity.
