He is survived by: his parent Lonnie Marie Dvorak (Midge); his wife Susan Gensler Dvorak; his pets, Gracie Lynn and Cinder; his brother Ronald Dvorak (GG); his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Dvorak (Gary) and Gary Gensler (Janice); and his cousin Shane Jay (Carolyn Woodyard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
