We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Ella Mae Knebel of El Campo, Texas, born in Ganado, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Stavinoha and Lucy Kocurek Stavinoha; her husband Jerome Knebel "Slick"; her brother Marvin Stavinoha; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Marek, Lawrence Socha, Marcos Marchette, Robert Duncun and Carol Stavinoha.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Gerla (Lawrence), Jerome Knebel (Karen) and Barbara Andel (Michael); and her sisters, Stella Marek, Madeline Sabanos (George "Jim"), Lillian Socha, Lucille Rainwater (Edwin), Mary Ann Marchette and Evelyn Duncun. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in memory of Ella Mae may be made to St. Andrew's Catholic Church or Louise Volunteer Fire Department.
