She is survived by: her children, Diane Mozisek (Mark) of El Campo, Gwynne Henderson (Jack) of Dallas and Ryan Orsak (Pamela) of Victoria; her stepdaughter Shannon Lederer (Ralph) of Alabama; her siblings, JoAnn Kristek (Wilbert) of Hallettsville, Bunnye Uehlinger of Hallettsville and Dennis Janak (Barbara) of Hallettsville; her grandchildren, Taylor Mozisek (Lauren), Payton Orsak, Landon Orsak and Samantha Lederer; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Mozisek and Rhett Mozisek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
