He is survived by: his wife Roxann Marcaurele Smith of El Campo; his children, Duane Smith (Becky) of Richmond, Nicole Rivera (Ronnie) of Bay City and Derek Smith (Leah) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Dayne, Brenna Smith, Ronald Rivera Jr., Lane Brady (Madison), Brycen, Emily Rivera, Jax and Breck Smith; his great grandchildren, Carter Vasquez and Charlee Brady; his mother-in-law Josie Marcaurele of El Campo; and his siblings, Janice White (Danny) of El Campo, Tony Smith (Tammy) of El Campo, Christine Smith of El Campo, Laurie Rice (James) of El Campo, David Marcaurele (Yvonne) of El Campo, Tanya Bunge (Jay) of Hallettsville and Lori Heard of El Campo.
