He was predeceased by: his parents, Benicio Sr. Acuna and Ynacia Aguirre Acuna; his son Benicio Acuna III; and his sister Rosie Acuna. He is survived by: his wife Melva Acuna of El Campo; his children, Lexie Rivas (Noe Jr) of El Campo, Ben Acuna Sr. (Yvonne) of El Campo and Stanley Acuna Sr. (Vickie Hildabrand) of El Campo; and his siblings, Henry Acuna, Beatrice Torres, Rebecca Aguilar and Julia Ontiveros. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
