He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mazoch and Mary Kocurek Mazoch; his sons, Alfonce "Peanut" Mazoch Jr. and Gary Mazoch; and his siblings, I. G. Mazoch, Martha Marek and Joe Mazoch.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Schneider Mazoch of El Campo; his children, Susie Korenek (Dennis) of Nada, Pam Gravette (Keith) of Nashville, Roch Mazoch of El Campo, Paul Mazoch of Philadelphia, Perry Mazoch (Paula) of El Campo and Scott Mazoch (Alison) of East Bernard; his daughter-in-law Galynn Mazoch of Blessing; and his sisters, Beatrice Yockey and Edith Rachunek. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
