She is survived by: her children, Brenda Theilen (Ted), Beth Grimes, Larry Sowell (Barbara) and Jerry Sowell (Clara); her sister Eyvonne Goad (Edwin); her husband Olan Sowell; her siblings, Merle Whittington, Bobby Whittington and John Whittington; her great grandchild Molly McCormick; and her son-in-law Frank Tresner. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
