Smith (Cristy); his grandchildren, Lance Simmons, Jeff Mason, Ashley Pilgrim, Amber Smith, Colby Simmons, Autumn McCulloch, Trent Smith and Jordan Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kason Simmons, Lyle Simmons, Cannon Mason, Brynlee Mason, Deegan Mason, Grant Pilgrim, Ryleigh Simmons, Abilene Simmons, Hudson McCulloch, Emory McCulloch, Parker McCulloch, Emily Forbes, Skylar Forbes and Jayden Forbes.

“Billy was a dear friend and a fishing buddy, didn't find out about his passing untill March 29 at Edgewood having my taxes at B&S tax office. I had just visited Billy this last year or so at his house in Edgewood, my name is Larry Martin ,fished with Billy many times caught a lot of catfish on lake Tawakani, a finer friend I have never had. He will definitely be missed by me, I can't tell you the effect this is having on me, losing a friend i've known for 50+years.”
