He was predeceased by: his mother Marie McGuffin; and his son Tracy Scott McGuffin. He is survived by: his children, Brandon McGuffin (Rachael) of Raleigh, NC, Kristen McGuffin of Denton, TX and Tiffany Webb (Jermaine) of DeSoto, TX; his sisters, Trudy Tenut (Al) of Phillips, WI and Jimmy Dady of Tioga, ND; his significant other Melissa Adams; his son Justin Beers; and his grandchildren, Kailee Lancaster, Haillie Webb, Brianna Clark, Brandon Clark, Jaiden Webb and BraeLynn Clark.
