Tajchman and Henrietta Tajchman; her husband Leon Hlozek; her son-in-law Ricky Hough; her children, Jeanne Dybala (Bernard), Suzanne Hough, Leon Hlozek, Jr. (Katy) and William Hlozek; her siblings, Wenceslaus "James" Tajchman and Lillian Kujawa of Helen Kelner; her grandchildren, William, Stephen Dybala, Jacob, Jeremy Hough, Krista Piditella and Melissa Nelson; her great grandchildren, Liam, Gabrielle, Anslie, Larissa, Evelyn, Sawyer, Josie and Chelsey; and her great great grandchildren, Layton and Castiel.
