He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Soto and Ramona Soto (Flores Galvan); his wife Virginia Baldazo; and his children, Ramon Soto and Dema Soto Vargas.
He is survived by: his children, Jaime Soto of Sacramento, Pablo Soto Jr. of Blackwell, Danny Soto of Eagle Pass, David Soto of Hawley, Hernando Soto of Crosbyton, Cris Soto of Midlothian, Texas, Sylvia Soto of Phoenix, Christina Soto Vargas of Dallas and Felicitas Soto Tirado of Clovis. He is also survived by his thirty-two grandchildren; and his twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
