She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldy Sain and Mary Sain (Romine); her spouse J. L. "Jay" Murray; and her sisters, Geneva Godwin and Jean Seeds.
She is survived by: her children, John Murray (Debbie) of Georgetown, TX and Shirley Harvey (Sam) of Fritch, TX; and her grandchildren, Deana Benge, John Murray, David Harvey, Becca Dooley and Jason Watson. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
