It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Lawson of Douglass, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on August 11, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lawson and Virginia Lawson; his brother Craig Lawson; his son Joel Lloyd; his great-nephew Aiden Peterson; his parents-in-law, Louis and Jessie Fay "Gma" Tackett; and his pet Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Brandi Allen (Shane) and Leslie Lloyd; his grandchildren, Meagan DeGeer (Tyler Costello), Tanner DeGeer and Mason Lloyd; his daughter-in-law Paula Lloyd; his sister-in-law Sheila Lawson; his niece Candace Lawson Gaudet; his nephew Caleb Lawson (Kaitlyn); and his pet Winnie Boo Bear Lloyd. He is also survived by his dad, brother, and many friends.
