He is survived by: his children, Janet Buford, Judy Fields, Joe Fields (Heather) and Zach Fields (Brenda); his brother Jimmy Fields; his grandchildren, Candice Barton, Alicia Fields, Samantha O'Hanlon, Paden Fields, Joey Fields, Brantley Dubose, Brittany Dubose, Joshua Thompson, J. C. Fields, Calvin Fields and Karrigan Fields; his great grandchildren, Jodi Barton, James Barton, Kassi Barton, Travis Barton, Evie Barton, Chance O'Hanlon, Lauren O, Hanlon, Mason O'Hanlon, Abi Fields and Mac Fields; and his great great grandchildren, Paisley Garrett and Kolten Garrett.
