She was predeceased by: her husband Henry "Jack" Chumley; her parents, Edgar Whitaker and Maxine Whitaker; her grandson Adam Chumley; and her son-in-law Dean McClelland.
She is survived by: her children, J. Carolyn Thomas (Scott), Rhonda McClelland, Jackie Chumley (Missy) and Eddie Chumley (Jill); and her brother Jimmy Whitaker. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Douglass Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
