He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dale Breckel and Barbara Ann Breckel. He is survived by: his wife Donna Worthen-Breckel; his children, Erik Loggins (Brandy Loggins) of Flint, Alicia Breckel of Tyler and Melissa Jaeger (Chris Jaeger) of Tyler; his granddaughters, Savanna Breckel, Julie Loggins and Victoria Loggins; his wife Cynthia Breckel of Whitehouse; his sister Melinda Jones (Walt Jones) of Desoto; his parent-in-law Fred; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Stembridge, Mike Stembridge of Houston, Bud Worthen, Sunny Worthen of Bullard, Tim Worthen, Rhonda Worthen of Tyler, Todd Worthen and Misty Jackson of Lindale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Children's Division of Pleasant Retreat UMC.
