He is survived by: his children, Ninfa Ortega, Juan Ortega, Oralia Ortega, Ramiro Ortega Jr., Adan Ortega, Eva Ortega, Maribel Ortega, Arturo Ortega, Hector Ortega and Julia Ortega. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
