He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clint Sumers (Katie) and Lela Ivey; his father Keith Sumers (Gardis); and his brothers, Kerry, Randy and Lonny Sumers.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Sumers; and his children, Mason Sumers and Kelsey Tobola (Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
