He was predeceased by: his parents, Orel M. Hightower and Flora Mae Hightower (Pearson); his brother Rayford Hightower; and his nephew Kevin Hightower of Ft. Worth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellis Hightower; his children, Teena Hightower Guajardo (Santos) of Wellington and David Hightower of Dodson; his grandchildren, Teena Johnson Britt (Mark Britt) of Wichita Falls and Brandon Johnson (Sarah) of Ft. Worth; his great grandchildren, Jaidyn Johnson of Wichita Falls, Robert Vincent of Wichita Falls, Kolton Vincent of Wichita Falls, Kayla Vincent of Wichita Falls and Savannah Johnson of Ft. Worth; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trevor Hightower of Butte, Tyler Hightower, Michela Hightower of Mansfield, Regan Hightower of Mansfield and Katyana Hightower of Mansfield; and his nephew Jim Ellis (Lisa) of Dodson.
Due to the Corona Virus there will be no funeral or memorial service at this time.
