She was predeceased by: her husband Ricardo J. Gauna; and her brother Pablo Carrizales. She is survived by: her children, Donna Gauna (Ty Pena) and Ricky Gauna (Ayla Garcia); her siblings, Juan Carrizales, Gabriella Duran, Victor Carrizales and Lorenzo Carrizales; and her grandchildren, Briana M. Gauna, Mallory R. Gauna and Ricky Gauna Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels (208 E Leona St, Dilley, TX 78017). A rosary will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (114 E Frio St, Dilley, TX 78061).
