He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Capps and Johnnie Capps (Bluhm); and his sister Patcie Capps. He is survived by: his children, Julie Dumsky (Michael) of Greenville, TX and Billy J. Capps of Bridge City; his grandchild Zach White (Natalie) of Caddo Mills; his great grandchild Daniel Schuessler of Dallas, TX; his nephew Troy Capps (Jennifer) of Devine; his niece Lori Bledsoe (Chris); and his cousin Brenda Fernandez.
