He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo B. Mullins and Dora Emily Hardcastle Mullins; his wife Mary Margaret Brannon Mullins; and his siblings, Burl Mullins, Edna Sansom and Dora Rawlings.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryn Eric Mullins and Sean David Mullins (Robin); his siblings, Kennith Mullins and Bertha Fuller; his grandchildren, Bryan, Mike Slayden, Regan and Sara Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Ty, Ryann, Connor, Gabriella, Alicia and Madison. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
