It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesus Blancas (Devine, Texas), born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ascencion Blancas and Simona Blancas; his sister Petra Morales; his daughter-in-law Rena Morales; and his brothers, Juan Blancas, Nicolas Blancas, Emilio Blancas and Jose Blancas.
He is survived by: his wife Candida Blancas; his daughter Virginia Scott (Kipp Scott); his siblings, Gregoria B. Salazar (Andrew Salazar), Soledad B. Aritua (John Aritua), Cosme Blancas, Francisco Blancas and Simon Blancas; and his brothers-in-law, Tano Morales and Tito Morales.
