He is survived by: his children, David (Stephanie Thompson), Danielle (Michael Mouritsen) and Michael Thompson (Andrea Thompson); his grandchildren, Adam and Jordan Thompson; his spouse Benjamin; and his brothers, Doyle Thompson Jr. and Robert Thompson. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
