In Loving Memory of Mr. J. Keith Bailey It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. J. Keith Bailey, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and esteemed civil servant. He peacefully departed this world on September 29, 2023.

Keith was born on June 27, 1958, in Montgomery, Alabama to Jack Thomas Bailey and Diana Bailey Murr. Throughout his life, he exemplified qualities of integrity, dedication, and love for his family.

Keith served his country with honor and distinction as a loyal member of the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol for 32 years in the Del Rio, Texas sector. His commitment to protecting our nation's borders was unwavering, and he made a significant impact on ensuring the safety and security of our nation.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Keith was a devoted family man. He cherished his role as a loving spouse to his beloved wife, Juana Alicia Bailey. Their union was one built on love, trust, and mutual respect, and their bond served as an inspiration to all who knew them.

Keith was also a proud father to his daughter Lisa Nicole Bailey and stepchildren Eduardo Arreola, Jr. (Ellie Arreola Middleton), Cynthia V. Moreland (Brad H. Moreland), Carol L. Delgado (Luis E. Delgado), Dulce C. Arreola (Rosy E. Arreola). His children were the light of his life, and he supported them wholeheartedly in all their endeavors.

Keith's legacy will continue to live on through his cherished grandchildren, Bradford Moreland, Diego Moreland, Caroline M. Delgado, and Katherine I. Delgado. He adored them and took great pride in watching them grow into remarkable individuals.

Keith will be remembered for his profound love for his family, his unwavering dedication to his country. Outside his professional life, Keith was an accomplished skeet and trap shooter. His skill and dedication earned him recognition among his peers.

Keith enjoyed the simple pleasure of life and will be remembered for his humility and integrity. He lived his life with grace and modesty, never seeking attention or recognition. Keith was a man of his word, paying his debts and living within his means. He taught his loved ones the importance of honesty, hard work, and humility, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

As we bid farewell to this remarkable man, let us find solace in knowing that his spirit will forever be with us.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 a.m to 1 p.m in the Trinity Chapel of Faith. United States Border Patrol Honors will be rendered by the United States Border Patrol Honor Guard from 1 pm. to 2 p.m.

A Mass will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 3 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church, situated at 510 Wernett Street. Pallbearers: Eduardo Arreola, Jr, Dulce C. Arreola, Luis E. Delgado, Fernando Alvarado, Jr, Bradford Moreland and Brad Moreland.
