He is survived by: his wife Josefina Alcala; his children, Guadalupe "Lupe" Alcala Sr. (Ofelia), Julia Hernandez, Julian Alcala Jr. (Dora), Leticia Rubio (Jose), Romulo Rosales and Enrique Alcala (Imelda); and his grandchildren, Luis Hernandez, Sindya Huske, Karina Alcala, Lizzette Trevino, Guadalupe Alcala Jr., Jacquelyn Urbina, Jeannette Gaitan, Ubaldo Hernandez, Jose Rubio Jr., Joel Rubio, Joann Rubio, Enrique Alcala Jr., Ashley Alcala, Kimberley Alcala, Mayra Alcala Martinez, Veronica Alcala Martinez, Marisol Alcala Martinez, Yanairy Alcala Martinez, Alejandro Yave Alcala, Wendy Guadalupe Alcala, Alejandra Alcala, Julian Alcala III, Jose Maria Alcala, Adrian Emmanuel Alcala, Teresa Alcala, Amber Alcala, Leonar Alcala Jr., Leonadies Alcala, Nicole Alcala and Andrew Alcala. He is also survived by his many great-grandchildren.
